These terms govern purchases and use of useureka.xin, operated by Watchung Floor Care LLC. By browsing or placing an order you agree to this page and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Orders and pricing
Listed prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping unless a product page says otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that we cannot fulfill, or that was priced in error. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the amount paid for that item.
Accounts
You are responsible for the password on any account you create and for activity under that login. Tell us promptly if you think someone else used it.
Product descriptions
EurekaC pages describe features, accessories in the box, and care notes as accurately as we can. Photos are examples. Color and finish can vary slightly. Specifications may change when a manufacturer revises a model; the listing at checkout is the offer we accept.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the catalog in a way that overloads the store, post unlawful content in reviews, or attempt to access other customersā orders. We may suspend access that harms the site or other shoppers.
Intellectual property
Product names, photos, and page copy on this store are used by Watchung Floor Care LLC to sell EurekaC machines. You may not copy the catalog or reuse images for your own storefront without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Watchung Floor Care LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, except where a warranty or consumer statute says otherwise. Some states do not allow certain limits; those limits do not apply there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your state applies.
