EurekaC J15 Ultra Support – Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Setup and care notes for the EurekaC J15 Ultra. These steps cover household use of machines purchased from this store. They are not a substitute for the printed quick-start card in the box.

First run

Charge the battery or dock fully before the first mapped run.
Clear cords, tassels, and pet bowls from the floor.
Install the dust bag or confirm the bagless cup latches until it clicks.
Run the roller-clean cycle on the dock after hair-heavy rooms.

Weekly care

Empty the cup or check the bag fill line.
Rinse the washable filter and air-dry it completely.
Cut hair from the roller with scissors; do not pull the bearings.
