Shipping Policy
EurekaC ships from US warehouses to addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer or need a custom quote — write to [email protected] before you order if you are outside the lower 48.

Cost
Standard shipping is free on most in-stock vacuums and accessories sold on this store. Oversized or expedited options, if offered on a product page, show their own rate at checkout. We do not add a hidden handling fee after you pay.
When an order leaves
In-stock items usually transfer to the carrier within two business days. You receive a tracking message at the email used at checkout. Weekend and holiday cutoffs follow the carrier calendar, not the storefront clock.
Address issues
Carriers cannot leave a robot vacuum at a vacant lot or a P.O. box that they do not serve. If a package comes back as undeliverable we will email you. Reships after a customer error may require a new shipping charge. Write to [email protected] with the order number if the tracking stalls for more than three business days.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the machine before you discard packaging. Contact us within seven days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.
