Return & Refund Policy

EurekaC accepts returns of unused machines and unopened accessories within 30 days of delivery. The item must include all original parts, manuals, and packaging. Used dust bins, wet rollers that have been run, or machines with missing serial labels are not eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

• Email [email protected] with your order number, the SKU, and a short reason.
• Wait for a return authorization and the label we send. Do not ship without that authorization.
• Pack the machine the way it arrived. We are not responsible for damage from a loose carton.

Refunds

Once the warehouse inspects the return, we refund the product price to the original payment method. Free shipping is not deducted. If we paid outbound freight on a free-shipping order and the return is for a change of mind, we may deduct the actual outbound cost. Refunds typically post within ten business days after inspection.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong color or a defective unit, we ship a replacement as soon as the warehouse confirms stock. Do not use a damaged machine after you notice the defect.

Warranty after 30 days

Most vacuums sold here carry a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship in normal household use. Wear parts (filters, belts, mop pads, dust bags) are consumables. Warranty service is arranged through [email protected]; do not return a machine under warranty without a case number.
